She is a physician leader, entrepreneur, and founder of Uncluttered Mind, MD, a coaching and mentorship platform for physicians navigating leadership, growth, and reinvention in medicine.
With 19 years of experience in Family Medicine, Jennie serves as a senior physician leader in Montana’s largest independent primary care clinic. She has helped steward the growth of the organization through staffing challenges, market shifts, and clinical innovation, managing operations across urgent care, outpatient services, imaging, and advanced aesthetics. Her leadership is rooted in emotional intelligence, deep operational clarity, and a fierce commitment to physician-led care.
She believes leadership isn’t about doing more, it’s about becoming more aligned, more human, and more intentional with how we show up.
Real Estate, Coaching & Legacy Work
She is a real estate investor, developer, and mentor helping physicians build wealth, clarity, and legacy beyond clinical practice. She is the founder of Uncluttered Mind, MD, a coaching platform guiding physicians through mindset work, leadership transitions, and real estate investing with strategy and soul.
Jennie is a partner-owner in 14 commercial properties across three communities, leads the development of 22 acres of land, co-owns short-term rentals in Maui, and is a partner in Black Swan Fund IV. She also leads a monthly physician investment circle focused on intentional wealth and long-term vision.
She believes that legacy isn’t what you leave behind, it’s what you live into.
